I have been a fan of Charlaine Harris for many years now, before all the True Blood hoopla and since then, have delved into each of her series except Lily Bard. Shakespeare's landlord is the first in this series and just as all the other books, immediately drew me in and held me captive until the last page. Dark as Lily's back story is, Harris still manages to spice things up by throwing a few love interests in. I bought this book because the library didn't have it and now I may buy the others if I become too impatient for my holds to come in. -Lavelle G.
