Although there were times I wished for more detail, I thought the book was good. I would have never thought of an animal as a main character, yet this book pulled it off. And the struggles were realistic. I also liked the fact that everyone in the book wasn't well-off or perfect. The personality and circumstances were very believable. -Lanor B.
